"Susan Rauser State Farm is my insurance agency. Whenever I call, Beth, the receptionist is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I know I will get excellent customer service. If Beth can not help me with an issue, she will get someone else in the department to help me. Whatever the problems, they are handled quickly and efficiently. I have been with this State Farm Agency for several years now and I will continue to do so. This agency is the best ! My car was recently hit in a parking lot. When I saw it I was stressed. I dreaded all the calls and paperwork I anticipated doing for insurance purposes. When I called my insurance company, Susan Rauser State Farm, I talked to Karren, a customer relations representative. She sensed my anxiety and stress and very calmly worked with me to process my claim. She was fast and efficient. Karren took care of so many things that I didn't have to worry about. I am so pleased with my insurance agency and all the people who work there. I am grateful and appreciative of all their hard work for my benefit."
